In the fast paced and high stakes world of a prestigious nightclub, three aging doormen struggle to keep their jobs and maintain their outdated ways in the seedy underbelly of sex, drugs, and power.

As the new owner, Fanny, imposes strict standards, the three best friends are forced to confront their personal demons and adapt to survive. Disoriented by the changes, they cling to their old ways, but soon realize that the only way to stay afloat in this cutthroat industry is to embrace the new reality. With the mafia making a move, they must stick together and support each other in their unique way to navigate the treacherous waters of the nightclub scene.
