SHIFT THE THRIFT

Each episode sees a pair of friends, siblings, or couples travel to a different town in the UK where they must compete against each other with the help of an expert and trawl through the High Street’s burgeoning charity shops, looking for items they can buy, then later in the show turn auctioneer themselves and shift their purchases for a profit.

EPISODE 1: HASTINGS

In Hastings, partners James and Elaine scour 15 charity shops, hunting for vintage gems and a hidden star buy before facing a tense live online auction for charity.

EPISODE 2: HIGH WYCOMBE
