PAUL C. BRUNSON: RED FLAG

Each episode will see a brave survivor of a toxic relationship share their powerful story with Paul in their own words – allowing Paul to unlock the red flags and decode the hidden warning signs that abusive partners try to hide.

At the centre of each episode is an emotional and intimate interview between Paul and the survivor. During this interview, Paul will help reveal how seemingly small personality traits point towards escalating cruelty and can quickly lead to dangerous abuse if left unchecked. Each story is a cautionary tale to viewers.

The survivor will also take Paul to key places from their story – a cinema first date, a favourite bar, a romantic hotel - reliving important moments blow by blow. These powerful scenes in everyday settings will bring each story to life and show how abusive behaviour is hidden in plain sight all around us. 

Supporting these two key strands will be intimate interviews, where the survivor’s closest friends and family relive their experience from their perspective. The emotional stories of toxic relationships will shine a light on the severity, and tragically the frequency, of romantic abuse.
