Surviving the London Nail Bombings is a feature-length documentary about the three far-right terrorist attacks that devastated London in April 1999, told primarily through the memories of those who were there. Using intimate interviews, archive news reports, CCTV and extraordinary images captured by a photographer who happened to be nearby, the film reconstructs the attacks while exploring the communities they were intended to terrorise — and the resilience of those who survived.
 
Surviving the London Nail Bombings ultimately reframes the attacks not simply as a story of far-right hatred, but as the story of ordinary Londoners whose lives were violently interrupted — and their determination to continue living them. Terrorism does not end when the bomb stops exploding. Its consequences can remain in bodies, memories, families and communities for decades. But neither does the story end with the damage.
